Why should you clean my bunker gear?

Our Process is Non-Destructive – Our non-evasive cleaning process does not weaken reflective textiles, unravel seams, fade colours, reduce fabric strength, compromise thermal protection or break down fire retardant materials. The process is specifically designed not to damage leathers, fabrics and foams. Your firefighters will remain protected crisis after crisis.

NFPA 1851 Certified – Real Clean Gear is certified for minor repairs, routine and advance inspection and/or cleaning of all garments under NFPA 1851 guidelines while also offering full drying capabilities. We are working towards major repair certification to even better service you. Additionally, we offer full record keeping services.

High Volume, High Efficiencies at a Low Cost - Our cleaning process is able to turn out the highest volume of all in the market increasing turnaround efficiencies, decreasing labor costs and producing consistent, reliable results. How would you clean my bunker gear?

Real Clean Gear utilizes a cleaning process in which all damage and all contaminants are removed through a combination of 5 steps using hydraulic pressures, temperature controls and pH neutral, green-friendly detergents. Because our process does not use agitation to clean, your bunker gear from shells to helmets will be left unscathed, un-weakened and restored to like-new condition.
