| Thank you for the wonderful service you provided to our family at a very difficult time for us. We appreciated the prompt delivery of our emergency clothes as it was very important since the children are involved in so many sporting activities, and in the middle of winter there is a great need for a variety of clothes, outerwear and footwear for a family of four. Our daughter was happy to receive the props for her school play, back so quickly.
We were very pleased with the condition and presentation of our items when we received them back. The clothing hung in the wardrobes and covered in plastic looked new from the store. The folded clothes were stacked neatly in boxes and sorted by season. The clothes were also separated by ladies, men’s and children. All the boxes were very well labeled making it easy to find things. This was very beneficial since our house still required painting and therefore we were not ready to put everything away yet. We easily found the items we needed and then stacked the boxes in the corner until the house cleanup was complete.
Thank you for your professional manner and the obvious care in which your team dealt with our items. We were happy to have our own items back, rather than having to spend the time to repurchase them and keep track of the receipts. | Some people may be led to believe that femaile hockey players can't possibly smell as disgusting as men. I beg to differ! Before Real Clean Gear got a hold of our equipment, our dressing room was almost unbearable. Six weeks after our initial cleaning and our gear still smells fantastic.
Aside from the great smell of our equipment, I feel safe knowing that the girls ar protected from all kinds of baxteria and infection. OUr team dresses, on average, six times per week. That's a lot of sweat and a great breeding ground for germs!
The girls lead a busy life combining academics with athletics and it's reassuring to know that Real Clean Gear's technology is protecting them from infections that have the potential to interfere with their hectic lifestyles. I can't say enough about the excellent work that Real Clean Gear has done for us over the last five years. FOr the past five years they have picked up our filthy football helmets, shoulder pads and pants, cleaned them and returned them very quickly at a reasonable price. The equipment that is returned smells great and it gives me the re-assurance that the player that wears it next year will not have to worry about bacteria, infection and the horrible smell. As a parent, I never have a problem paying a little extra to ensure that my kids get clean gear at the start of their season.
